    • Coaching the process implementation projects
    • Development of forms and templates
    • Documentation of procedures
    • Specification of roles and responsibilities
    • Development of training materials
    • User Training
  • Definition of the System Development Process and the interfaces to the Change, Release and Project Management processes
  • Project and process auditing based on the SEI-CMM Model:
    • Design of audit questionnaires
    • Performing audit interviews
    • Preparation of audit report
